What happens if someone drops out
If someone from the group drops out, we are unable to find a replacement. The tenant and fellow housemates can find a replacement. Once all paperwork has been updated, received and monies received, we can release you from your contract. Please contact us on ptpropertiesleeds@gmail.com for full and further details.

Deposit costs and the rules
The deposit is £250 per person.
The deposit is registered within 30 days of receipt with TDS deposits. All registered information and prescribed information will be sent to your lead tenant. If anyone has assisted with the payment of your deposit, please forward their email information so we are able to send all the relevant deposit documents onto them.
Deposits are returned after the house has been inspected. We aim to return deposits(minus any possible deductions within 10 day after the tenancy has expired.
